Arthur J. Hartwig and Esther Bogenschneider Hartwig
celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with family and friends at the
American Legion Hall in Fox Lake, Wisconsin on June 5, 2011.
Art and Esther were married on June 8, 1946 at
Immanuel Lutheran Church, Town of Theresa, Dodge, Wisconsin. Esther is the
daughter of Otto Bogenschneider and Minnie Siegmann Bogenschneider. Art
and Esther were blessed with two sons: James (Mary) and Russell (Beth), and four
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. James died in 1988.
