Senior College

• B.A. in Liberal Arts, 1967. Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, Indiana. (College is closed and is now Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, IN).

Seminary

• M. Div., 1971. Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. Did theological internship in 1969-70 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

• M.L.S., 1979. School of Library and Information Sciences, North Carolina Central University, Durham, North Carolina.
   
• M.I.S., 1999. School of Library and Information Sciences, North Carolina Central University, Durham, North Carolina.
